Hi there, Tiger!  A warm welcome from your EPHS '71 40-Year Reunion Planning Committee!  Please take a few minutes to complete this quick survey.  It will help us tremendously in the decision making process.  The more feedback we get from everyone, the better we'll be able to design the best reunion possible.  If you take the survey you must answer those questions marked with an asterisk (*) or the web site will not allow you to submit it.  The other questions are optional.  Thanks in advance for your assistance in making our 40th year reunion a really special event.  The rest of the Class of '71 looks forward to seeing you at all the festivities.
